Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we can only offer free shipping on qualifying orders to the continental U.S.. Please note there may be restrictions on some products (but it’s not typical). All orders to Hawaii and Alaska, are shipped using commercial discount rates via Fedex or UPS when possible. Currently we do not ship to Mexico or Canada.

 

Most orders ship within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships and another email with tracking information.

Please allow between 7-14 days for your order to arrive. If more than 14 days have passed please contact us at admin@naturallife-boston.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Natural Life products come with a 30-day (from order date) or 10-day (from delivery date) return policy for new/unopened or defective/damaged products based on the order or delivery date. To receive a refund, store credit, or replacement product(s) please follow the instructions below.

1. Email Customer Service at admin@naturallife-boston.com, or call us at 617-702-1065 to request a Return Authorization. We will respond to the email provided on your order.

2. For all returns, include in box: product, original packing slip.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
